At The Ambrosia Collective, we want you to feel as divine as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
